order repeat prescriptions and nominate a pharmacy where you would like to collect them
book and manage appointments
view your GP health record to see information like your allergies and medicines (if your GP has given you access to your detailed medical record, you can also see information like test results)
PALS - Patient Advice and Liaison Service
PALS aims to ensure that the NHS listens to patients, their relatives, carers and friends, and answers their questions and resolves their concerns as quickly as possible. PALS is a less formal route for addressing more immediate issues rather than making an official complaint. It aims to respond within 10 working days.
