Client Data (users of the Foodbank) for 1 year after last use of Foodbank
Volunteers with the Foodbank – to expiry of Safeguarding Certificate (2 years from issued date) or 6 months from last attendance at a session
Donors who use Gift Aid - 7 years
Applicants for jobs – 6 months from closing date for applications
Employees – separate schedule as different data retained for different lengths of time
