• Which can be linked to clients Religious/Philosophical Beliefs in order to meet clients dietary needs in compliance with their religion/philosophy

  • Tax payer information (for Gift Aid purposes)

We collect or use the following personal information for recruitment purposes:

  • Employment history (eg job application, employment references or secondary employment)

  • Directly from you

  • Family members or carers

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

  • Client Data (users of the Foodbank) for 1 year after last use of Foodbank

  • Volunteers with the Foodbank – to expiry of Safeguarding Certificate (2 years from issued date) or 6 months from last attendance at a session

  • Donors who use Gift Aid - 7 years

  • Applicants for jobs – 6 months from closing date for applications

  • Employees – separate schedule as different data retained for different lengths of time

WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH

  • Data processors: Google Workspace – Cloud storage

  • Groundworks London: This data processor does the following activities for us: Cloud storage and processing Client data in the ARCCS management system

  • Others we may share with: Organisations we need to share information with for safeguarding reasons
