This Saturday was again very busy at Finchley Foodbank, with 434 individuals supported with three days of food. We welcomed 6 new households to the foodbank. We are finding that we are busier than during the pandemic as people are feeling the effect of the cost of living increases.
🙏Thank you for the donations we received on Friday. Every item donated really does make a difference to someone else in the community. We have recently had to re-evaluate the amount of items we can share with those visiting us for food support as numbers seeking support is rising and expected to continue to rise in the coming months.

This weeks much needed items are:
- tinned meat, such as chilli con carne, pies etc
- tinned tomatoes
- washing capsules/tablets
- cooking sauces, such as pasta sauce
🛒 We will be at the Foodbank on Friday between 12-3pm, but drop off can be arranged by appointment also. We have recently received some supermarket deliveries at the foodbank on a Friday, thanks for sending them!
