David Lloyd Finchley sets up monthly ‘donations day’ for Finchley Foodbank

“At David Lloyd Finchley, we’re proud to be a large and supportive community, and we regularly work with a variety of charities across the local area. In particular, we’re really pleased to be building an ongoing relationship with Finchley Foodbank, as the work they do has such a direct and meaningful impact on people within our local community.

To support them better we have introduced a more formal approach to donations. We’ve set the first Wednesday of every month as our dedicated donation day, where our members are encouraged to bring in your most-needed items. On this day, the donation point will be set up at reception with me, making it easy and accessible for everyone to contribute.

This initiative is especially important to us because many of our members live locally and care deeply about supporting those in need within their own community. Partnering with Finchley Foodbank allows us to come together and make a tangible difference, which is something our members are always incredibly enthusiastic about.”
